Job Description

• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph/Langchain
• Experience with Microsoft agent frameworks (AutoGen and Semantic Kernel)
• Ability to build and manage hosted AI agents
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with API development (e.g., FastAPI)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data: Structured data integration (e.g., Microsoft Fabric), Unstructured data handling (e.g., documents, files) using RAG, Azure AI Search
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, including LLMs and embedding models
• Understanding of authentication and access control: User authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and LLMOps practices: Guardrails and content safety, LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge), Performance monitoring and metrics, Human-in-the-loop workflows
• Exposure to Power BI dashboard integration and automation
• Experience deploying agents across channels: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Custom web applications
