Provide Implementation and post go-live support on

  • BMC Helix ITSM
  • CMDB, Asset Management
  • Integration
  • DWP, Smart IT, PWA
  • Helix Dashboard

Primary Skill (Must Have)

  • Experience to Implement ITSM, CMDB on Helix SaaS end to end (At least 1 project)
  • Experience in Data migration, Integration, ETL
  • Build complex service catalog and Helix Dashboard reports
  • Build integration using REST API, Web service, ETL spoon client
  • Experience in configuring, implementing CMDB and asset management

Nice to Have

  • Experience with infrastructure platforms components hosting Helix, along with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Helix GPT configuration and build


Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM Core (Smart IT, PWA, Innovation studio, Asset, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Release Management, DWP, Helix Dashboard)
  • Configuration of client gateway
  • Experience to load foundation, process and transactional data using ETL jobs
  • Experience in configuring, implementing CMDB and asset management
  • Experience in configuring CMDB reconciliation, normalization, data load using ETL and OOTB methods
  • Experience in setting up complex integration of BMC ITSM with On-premise and cloud solutions
  • Experience in customization and enhancement in ITSM, Innovation suite and PWA application
  • Experience to build complex workflow in Digital workplace advanced
  • Experience in BMC Helix ITSM implementation build, data load and customization
  • Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM development, including form and workflow development, field and schema design, and integration.
  • Strong Experience to work on ITSM application like Incident Management, Change management, Problem management, CMDB, Smart IT, Knowledge management, Helix Dashboard
  • Experience to create service catalog, workflow in Digital workplace. Strong Experience on the DWP & DWP catalog space
  • Experience to load Foundation, process and transaction data using UDM or AI Job
  • Experience to configure approval, assignment, notification engine workflow
  • Experience to develop and enhance AI jobs
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
  • Strong knowledge on Remedy Workflow, active link, escalation, innovation suite development
  • Working knowledge to customize Smart IT and PWA screen
  • Implement Helix GPT, Chatbot and live chat
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • BMC ITSM certifications is plus.
  • Hands-on Remedy custom application experience. Experience in customization/workflow creation
  • Experience working with CMDB (Data structure and the jobs), reconciliation, normalization
  • Working knowledge of integration with BMC client management
  • Experience in other integration methods (SOAP, REST,FTP, web services, DB connection, etc)
  • Experience in building reports in Helix Dashboard
  • Detail oriented and experience working in a production environment using change control practices, creating, and working under technical project plans and timelines.
